Monitora is acquired by Marlabs

Marlabs, a global technology company, acquires Monitora Technology Solutions, focusing on expanding its presence in the global digital transformation market.

Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas announced today that it has been acquired by Marlabs, a Global company headquartered in New Jersey, USA, with offices around the world. The acquisition will allow Marlabs a deeper entry into the Latin American market as well as position it as a premier nearshore services provider.

The acquisition will also allow Monitora to broaden its services portfolio across its customer base as well as extend its services to Marlabs' global customer base in areas such as Salesforce, Data Analytics, Intelligent Automation Services, and Cloud transformation services.

Marlabs expects the integration to occur within the next 6 months and anticipates seeing the benefits of this operation within the first year of acquisition through growth within current and new clients.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed, but Marlabs highlighted that the operation is a strategic M&A and Monitora was chosen for its growth potential due to a) nearshore capacity; b) competency in segments with growing demand; c) aggregate services portfolio, and d) cultural alignment with deep focus on its people and customers.
